She brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her role as a Medical Assistant, supporting patients and providers across pediatric, urgent care, and multi-specialty medical settings. With a calm, grounded presence and refined attention to detail, she plays an essential role in creating a seamless, supportive, and elevated care experience for every individual who enters the clinic.

Her background spans both front- and back-office care, including patient intake, EMR documentation, vital signs, EKGs, medication administration, referrals, authorizations, and assisting physicians with in-office procedures. Marleni is highly skilled in managing complex clinical environments while maintaining a patient-centered, integrative approach that honors comfort, clarity, and trust.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Marleni offers a welcoming, inclusive experience for a diverse patient population. Her intuitive communication style, empathy, and dedication to excellence have earned her multiple patient “Superstar” nominations, a reflection of the meaningful connections she builds and the high standard of care she consistently provides.
